What is Gems?
Gems come from match performance for both sides, and Runners can also pick them up on the arena floor. Floor pickups are extra. They are not a replacement for the end-of-match reward. Guides say Gems buy permanent abilities such as Pocket Door and Rufus's Leash. No payout per catch or per win is published.
